UPGRADE ANY DROPPER

The OneUp V3 Dropper Remote is a lighter action remote with a replaceable rubber thumb pad and integrated cable port. Available in 7 colours, all major clamp standards and as a remote only option so you can reuse your existing V2 clamp. It's the easiest way to upgrade any mechanical dropper.

REPLACEABLE RUBBER THUMB PAD

A grippy rubber thumb pad improves lever feel and can be colour matched to your bike. The integrated cable port with cut marks makes installing your remote even easier. It also keeps your cable end tidy and lets you install without a cable crimp for a super clean look.

LIGHTER ACTION DESIGN

The new lever cam reduces the thumb force needed to actuate your dropper post. It requires 27% less actuation force than our V2 remote. Upgrading your remote is a quick and easy way to improve the feel of any mechanical dropper post for less than $50.

EASY INSTALL

The cable setup is quick and easy. The cable clamps at the lever making shortening the housing length for clean routing a breeze. The integrated cable port includes cut marks that take the guess work out of cutting your cable and lets you tuck the cable away for you a super clean look.

    • No, whilst we might do so one day - currently we focus exclusively on bike components and accessories. However, we can help you choose parts that complement your existing bike or a new build.

    We accept all major credit cards along with PayPal.

    1. How long will my order take to arrive?
      • On each product we sell you will see an estimated dispatch date. We ship with Royal Mail 1st Class so once dispatched your order should be with you the next day. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
    2. Do you ship internationally?
      • For now we only ship within the UK.
    3. What if the component I need is out of stock?
      • Components available to purchase are in stock with our suppliers. The estimated dispatch date is included with each product. If a product is not available you will not be able to purchase it.
    4. Can I return a component if it doesn’t fit my bike?
      • Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy on all unused components. Please check our return policy for full details. LINK
    5. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

        • We offer a 14-day return policy on all unused components. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Custom orders or special items may be non-returnable, so please check product details before purchase.
  4. How do I return a product?
        • To initiate a return for an unwanted item, simply fill in this form (LINK) and post your returned items back to Mor Bikes, Deviate Cycles Limited, Main Street, Kinbuck, FK150NQ. Once we receive your products back we will issue a full refund. 
  5. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
        • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product in which case please see Warranty and Support below.
  6. When will I receive my refund?
        • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If your return is approved, we will notify you via email.
  7. Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
        • We don’t offer exchanges - so please simply return your unwanted item and order the new item.
  8. What if the product I received is damaged or faulty?
        • If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please fill in this form (LINK) immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover the cost of return shipping if needed.

        • No, we only accept returns of unused items in their original condition. Once a component has been installed or used, it cannot be returned unless it is defective.
  10. Are there any products that can’t be returned?
      • Custom-ordered components or items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return. Clearance or discounted items may also be final sale, so check the return policy on those products carefully.

      • Yes, all components sold by Mor Bikes come with a manufacturer’s warranty.
